I Pray Black Stars Never Qualify For Any Tournament…
Following the dishonorable exit of the Black Stars
team from the 2014 World Cup held in Brazil,
several issues arose.

Although a presidential commission of inquiry has
been established to ascertain the cause of the
teams' abysmal performance, the Youth Organizer
for the Progressive People's Party (PPP), Mr.
Divine Nkrumah, has observed that he prays the
national team never qualifies for any tournament
under the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The emergence of rotten exposé from the
sitting, informed Mr. Nkrumah to make this prayer
request. In an interview withPeacefmonline.com, he
explained that testimonies shared by government
officials during the sitting shows clearly that
the NDC is in to siphon monies belonging to the
taxpayer.

Mr. Divine Nkrumah noted that it would rather be
wise for the NDC government to invest monies into
infrastructural projects; rather than promoting
the senior national team.

His reason for making this claim was that 'until
an incorruptible administration like the PPP take
over, the team should never qualify for any
tournament. If they do qualify, state officials in
the NDC government would take the opportunity to
steal money belonging to the state.'

He believes our monies could be used fruitfully if
the national team doesn't make it to any
tournament.
