Ghana wins highest number of medals at the African Athletics Championship since 2006
Team Ghana recorded its highest haul of medals at
the African Athletics Championship since 2006
after winning six medals at the just ended 19th
African Athletics Championship in Marrakech,
Morocco.

Below are some of the highlights of the team's
achievements:

Triple Jump: Nadia Eke Triple Jump 13.40m (PB)
Silver Medal ^Qualified for IAAF 2014 IAAF

Javelin Throw: Mary Zuta Nartey- 52.57m (PB)
