"Kill me if you have not stolen before" It was a dramatic scene at the premises of the
Fiapre circuit Court on Friday, April 1, 2011,
when a 62-year –old man, Alhaji Abdul Karim,
swore to curse any journalist or media house that
tries to publish his story after he was sentenced
to four years imprisonment for stealing two ewes
belonging to one Abubakar Osmanu at Sunyani Zongo.
Immediately the court, presided over by His
Lordship Benjamin Yaw Osei, has sentenced Alhaji
Abdul Karim and his accomplice, 22-year-old Musa
Halidu, to four years imprisonment each, the
62-year-old Alhaji Karim resorted to raining
insults on people who were present to witness the
case. “Come and kill me if any of you have not
stolen before.
I swear to curse any journalist or media house
that tries to publish any story or mention my name
