NPP is winning December 2016 elections – Nana Akufo-Addo
The Presidential Candicate of the New Patriotic
Party (NPP), Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Adoo has
given the assurance that the NPP will win the
upcoming general elections in Ghana in December
2016.

Nana Akufo-Addo who gave the assurance stated
that the NPP government will provide first class
government of solid competent men and women who
will provide quality governance to the people of
Ghana.

Nana Akufo-Addo gave these assurances in a 20
minutes speech delivered at a fundraising dinner
organized by the Massachusetts Chapter of the NPP
in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Speaking to party faithful and Ghanaians from all
walks of life in Worcester, Nana Akuffo Addo
stated that he has been to six regiois in Ghana as
part of his campaign trail and everywhere he has
been to, he has been met by people who have been
crying for change.

“This is my third campaign as the Presidential
Candidate of the NPP and I have not seen how
people are enthusiastic to meet with me this year
like in the previous two terms that I ran my
campaigns”, Nana Akufo Addo stated.

According to Nana Akufo Addo, the overwhelming
support and the enthusiasm of Ghanaians that have
greeted him on his campaigns have given him the
assurance that the NPP is in a good shape to for
tm the next government of Ghana to redeem
Ghanaians from the bondage of poverty.

Nana Akufo Addo reiterated that a government of
the NPP will revive the National Health AInsurance
Scheme, the brainchikld of formet president
Kuffour which has been allowed to go down the
drain and declined.

Nana Akuffio Addo stated that he will ensure that
the National Health Insurance Scheme is sustained
but stated that “this one I will keep my plans
to myself because anytime I say something, Mahama
is in a hurry to use it and messes it up”
drawing applause from the audience.

The NPP Presidential Candidate noted that the
will still pursue his one district one factory
policy to ensure the expansion of industries, the
agricultural sector and the social infrastructures
which are the bane of any development of a
country.

Nan Akuffo Addo stated that as a president, he
will set up a Diasporan Unit at the Presidency to
deal with Ghanaians in the Diaspora when it comes
to import duties on goods that are sent to the
country to ensure that Ghanaians can establish
businesses in their mother country to ensure the
growth and development of the country.

He said the time has come for all of us to get
together to change the destiny of Ghana and,
therefore, urged all Ghanaians abroad to
contribute their quota to the development of the
country.

National Youth Organizer of the NPP, Mr. Sammy
