Clubs ready themselves for Round of 64 FA Cup action
The second round campaign in the MTN FA Cup begins
this weekend with fifty sides in action on
Saturday and Sunday.

Bubiashie Charity Stars, who progressed to the
Round of 64 after going through a marathon penalty
shootout session of 40 kicks will come up against
Liberty Professionals in Bubiashie on Saturday.

In Fetteh, the unbeaten run of Feyenoord Academy
in the Division One League will be put to test by
Wa All Stars.

Cup holders, Medeama, who skipped the preliminary
round will commence their title defence with a
fixture away against Score FC in Koforidua Stadium
on Sunday.

In all, sixty-four teams made up of Premier,
Division One and Two sides will be involved in the
second round stage of the competition with matches
running through the festive season and ends on
December 29.

The team that emerges as winner of the MTN FA Cup
competes in the CAF Confederations Cup.
