Agyemang-Badu unperturbed by Ghana's difficult World Cup group
Midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu is unfazed by
Ghana’s difficult group at the 2014 World Cup
haven been drawn against Germany, Portugal and the
USA.

The Black Stars found out their group opponents in
Friday’s World Cup draw held in the Brazilian
state of Bahia.

Ghana will open the World Cup campaign against USA
for the third time in the World Cup finals.

The Black Stars will then face Germany in the
group’s second game before finishing up with a
tough match against the Cristiano Ronaldo led
Portugal.

But midfielder Agyemang-Badu believes the
herculean task provides the right test for the
Ghana team as they look to make history at next
year’s finals in Brazil.

“You must beat the best if u want to be
champion. Go blackstars GO,” the Udinese player
Tweeted soon after the draw in the Brazilian state
of Bahia.

The Black Stars however have their work cut out as
they come against some of the best teams from
their respective continents.

USA were recently crowned champions in the
CONCACAF Gold Cup even though they have struggled
to lose on the two occasions against Ghana.

The Black Stars must also brace the storm to
clinch a historical win over Germany while doing
perhaps even better in the final game against
Portugal to make the preferred target of at least
a semi final berth a reality.
