Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, MP for Assin Central

Prepare for Ken Agyapong’s funeral - NDC Communicator to family
The family of controversial lawmaker for Assin
Central Constituency Kennedy Ayepong has been
advised to start making preparations towards his
funeral as he prepares to take his own life in
view of the fact his wish may not be granted.

“Family members of Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyekum
should prepare for his funeral for the wild
allegations he made against the Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) of Engineers and Planners Mr.
Ibrahim Mahama, brother of former President John
Mahama”, a member of the National Democratic
Congress (NDC) communications team has advised.

The Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP) vowed
to ensure Mr. Mahama is thrown into jail for
alleged fraudulent deasl committed in time past.

“I will take poison and kill myself if Ibrahim
Mahama is not jailed”, the maverick politician
is quoted to have said.

The former President’s brother is currently
under investigations of Economic and Organized
Crime Office (EOCO) for evading Ghc 12.7 million
taxes on importation of construction equipment
into the country for his private business during
the presidency of his brother, John Dramani
Mahama.

Whilst investigations continue members of the
opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are
pointing accusing fingers at government of
witch-hunting the CEO of Engineers and Planners.

Asafo Agyei believes with proper investigations by
EOCO, Mr. Ibrahim Mahama will be exonerated of all
the allegations leveled against him.

On Abusua FM’s “Ghana Amanmuo” Evening
political talk show hosted by Austin Woode, the
NDC Communicator is optimistic that the
businessman will be set free at end to shame his
accusers especially those in NPP.

“Investigations have just begun so let us wait
and see what will come out. I will buy a coffin
for Kennedy to be buried in. Family members should
get ready for his funeral” the NDC man told a
colleague panelist on the show.

Mr. Opoku Mensah, the NPP communicator also
expressed hope that government will be successful
to retrieve the money for the state.
