AGI 2014 Awards: ‘A’ rated Activa is the Best Insurance Company in Ghana
Activa International Insurance Company was on
Saturday, 22nd November, 2014 honoured as the Best
Company in the Financial Services Sector
(Insurance) at the 3rd Association of Ghana
Industries (AGI) Awards night held at the Banquet
Hall, State House, Accra.

Commenting on the awards, the Deputy Managing
Director of Activa, Mr Solomon Lartey said "We at
Activa feel very good about this prestigious
award. It is a recognition of who we are and the
quality we bring into the Ghanaian market. If we
are offering world class insurance solutions to
over 37 countries in Africa through our Globus
Network; we are under obligation to do same for
our own country, Ghana".

He asked Corporate Ghana, SMEs and individuals to
insure their businesses, assets, property,
vehicles and liabilities with Activa International
as they guarantee confidence and peace of mind in
difficult times.

He said Activa has earned the trust and confidence

the globe and is in partnership with global

to mention a few; to bring well deserved world

businesses in Ghana.

The 3rd AGI awards ceremony, under the theme,
“Rewarding Industry to promote Made-in-Ghana
Products”, was organized in collaboration with
the Ministry of Trade and Industry to reward
corporate bodies who have performed significantly
to promote local content and patronize
made-in-Ghana goods.

In a related development Global Credit Ratings has
assigned a national scale claims paying ability
rating to Activa International Insurance Company
Limited (Ghana) of A-(GH); with the outlook
accorded as Stable.
