position are expected to pay GH¢4,000.

secretary position is pegged at GH¢4,000. members
who want to contest the deputy general secretary
and the national youth organiser positions will
pay GH¢3,000, while propaganda secretary,
treasurer, and national women’s organiser
aspirants will pay GH¢2,000 for the forms.
Also, any interested person aspiring to contest
for the various deputy positions is required to
pay GH¢1,000.
A staunch NDC member, who divulged the information
to DAILY GUIDE, said he was surprised the party
had settled on Kumasi for the congress.
All this while, he said, information from party
corridors indicated that the congress would take
place in Sunyani in the Brong-Ahafo region. He,
however, noted that the party’s decision to
settle on NPP’s stronghold for the congress
might be for strategic reasons Source - Daily Guide
