Solamon Signs Teaming Agreement In Ghana;
GAT Set To Approach Mining Companies

Solamon Energy Corp is proud to announce the
signing of a teaming agreement with GAT Mining
Ltd, a strategic alliance enabling the company to
penetrate the mining sector in Ghana effective
immediately. GAT Managing Director Socrates
Aboagye and Solamon Energy President Jay Yeo
signed the paperwork in Accra that will enable GAT
to officially represent Solamon and now offer a
diverse range of solar energy installations and
options.

"We know Mr Aboagye and his team will move
effectively beyond the mining industry into other
sectors across Ghana, and likely into nearby
countries in the mid-term," says Solamon President
Jay Yeo, upon recently arriving in Accra, "and we
definitely appreciate GAT's enthusiasm and passion
for solar."

GAT Mining Ltd is a privately-owned company
providing consulting in mining, construction,
civil engineering and commodity brokering services
with partners and partner offices around the
world. "Our philosophy of building lasting
relationships with every client is the foundation
of all that we do," says Aboagye, "and we intend
to play a major role in developing large and small
solar farms across West Africa. Renewable
solutions, such as solar, are not limited to
businesses, but will impact locally as we watch
communities achieve energy independence." GAT,
along with its partners, currently offers a broad
spectrum of product and services to companies
involved in milling or grinding any type of ore.

“Mr. Aboagye’s years of experience and
intimate knowledge of the mining industry in Ghana
will be an invaluable asset to our Ghanaian
operations,” continues Yeo. “The mines
operating here in Ghana are excellent candidates
for our off-grid solutions. Usually located in
remote areas, mining operations require massive
amounts of energy in order to process thousands of
tons of raw materials every year. This presents
not only a strain financially on mine operators
due to the ever rising price of diesel, but also
logistically as every drop of fuel used must be
transported, and stored. With the proper use of
existing solar technology, our aim is to help
alleviate these strains,” he concludes.

Solamon Energy Corp (GXG:SSL) typically offers a
ground-mounted solar array of integrated cells
over a package of land called the Apollo Acre™.
The company also develops custom solutions with
local partners to provide roof-mounted and parking
lot systems that are easily augmented by micro
wind turbine technology and other innovative
features to supply renewable energy locally.

About Solamon:

Solamon Energy Corp. sells integrated arrays of
ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic cells.
These solar power plants are connected by cable to
varied transmission equipment, including
converters, inverters and batteries, utilizing 5
acres of land per unit; each unit is called an
Apollo Acre™. Additionally, it is expected the
company’s business activities will spin-off many
jobs locally, given engineering requirements,
construction, unit commissioning and subsequent
maintenance.
