Kumasi Polytechnic closed down indefinitely
Students of the Kumasi polytechnic have been asked
to vacate the school premises by the Saturday 15th
of this month until further notice.

The directive is as a result of the strike by the
polytechnic teachers association of Ghana
(POTAG).

Polytechnic teachers across the country have been
on strike for some time now protesting delays in
their migration unto the Single Spine Salary
Structure and other related issues.

The SRC President of the Kumasi Polytechnic,
Prince Ohene in an interview with XYZ News said an
official memo was issued by the school
administration asking the students to go home
until further notice.
