Broll Ghana wins international awards
Broll Ghana Limited, a CBRE affiliate and
Ghana’s premier formalised property related
services company, has been recognised by Euromoney
(Real Estate Category 2016).

The company won four awards: Overall Advisors and
Consultants, Advisors and Consultants for
Agency/Letting, Advisors and Consultants for
Valuation, and Advisors and Consultants for
Marketing Research.

Euromoney is a leading International Finance
publication, which annually surveys the opinions
of real estate advisors, developers, investment
managers, corporate end-users and banks worldwide,
to determine the best providers of real estate
services.

Kofi Ampong, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of
Broll Ghana Limited said: “Broll Ghana Limited
was established primarily to address lack of
maintenance standards in the Real Estate
environment, and also to free corporate bodies
from the huge cost of managing their assets.

Broll remains committed to investing in its
infrastructure and people in the property sector
that is rapidly being an activator to grow local
economies, and create much needed employment in
various economies across the continent.”

Industry professionals from more than 160
countries participated in this year’s survey.
Survey participants included real estate advisors,
developers, investment managers, corporate
end-users and banks globally.

“The Euromoney awards recognise excellence in
the Real Estate sector, and they are based on
responses to detailed questionnaires by a broad
range of participants across the Real Estate
sector.

“Ten years ago, we ventured into unchartered
waters. Today we are the first point of call when
it comes to Brokerage Services, Valuation/Advisory
Property, Retail & Facilities Management
Services.

“Clients get the benefit of exposure to global
best practice, thanks to our partnership with
CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate
services firm, serving owners, investors and
occupiers,” Mr Ampong said.

The Company, for the past seven years, has
consistently been adjudged the Best Property
Management Company in Ghana. It has also won
awards in Brokerage and Valuation Services by the
Ghana Property Awards.

Broll Ghana Limited is a multidisciplinary
professional service firm, providing property
consultancy services in seven core areas namely;
Retail Management, Commercial Broking, Corporate
Real Estate Service, Valuation and Advisory,

Research, Retail Broking, Facilities Management
and Property Management.

It currently manages all the seven Western style
