J.A Plantpool releases “seized” STC buses
Management of J.A Plantpool has released the ten
buses belonging to the State Transport Company
(STC) Limited which were locked up as a result of
the latter’s inability to settle a GHC 900,000
debt.

J.A Plantpool grounded the ten Yutong buses over a
month ago, after several attempts to get
management of STC settle the amount failed.

J.A. Plantpool Ghana Limited, the sole importer of
Yutong brand of passenger buses from China,
donated a number of buses to STC in 2011, to serve
as a viable weapon to drive the corporation from
its economic doldrums.

Myjoyonline.com has learnt that the buses were
released on Monday on condition that STC would
begin repaying the debt.

Failure to do so will see J.A Plantpool grounding
all 30 fleet belonging to STC.

STC should be able to amend policies to boost up their service.i for instance know that business is set up to grow to the peak not to fall from the peak.STC must sit up to be able to pay up their debts even if it calls for new working ideas.
